Le Régent Petite France

This 17th century former mill used to house the Glacières de Strasbourg, where blocks of ice were produced for shops, breweries and private households. That was when Mr Scharf, the current owner, acquired the buildings and converted them. The Régent Petite France Hotel & Spa opened on 1 May 1992 to offer guests an outstanding experience in a setting that perfectly combines history and modernity. Located in the most picturesque part of Strasbourg. Fishermen, millers and tanners once lived and worked in this neighbourhood built on the water. The magnificent half-timbered houses date from the 16th and 17th centuries. Their sloping roofs open onto attics where skins used to be dried.

Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal of La Fourchette des Ducs, 2 stars in the Michelin Guide, are the culinary creators of Restaurant Régent Petite France. Together with Executive Chef Cédric Koch, they invite you to discover gastronomic cuisine with Mediterranean flavors.
