Decouvertes DMC presents you with another one of its luxurious villas in Paris.
Designed by architect Eric-Daniel Lacombe to look like a boulder washed up on the shore, the home is reminiscent of the extravagant mansions in Miami, Florida.

The fun begins the moment you step onto the private boat at the base of the Eiffel Tower. You can even have a glass of champagne while the captain takes you to your very own tropical paradise if you like!
The 2150-square-foot garden is a welcome addition to the property and features artwork by Nathalie Decoster. The heated swimming pool on the spacious teak wood deck has a wooden floor that can be raised or lowered like an elevator, giving you the option to either use the space as usual or hide the pool when not in use.
You can see a different side of the French capital when you rent canoes, kayaks, and paddles and set out on the water whenever you like. If you would rather see the historic district of Paris, your captain will be happy to take you there.
Also, Decouvertes has several other last-minute options for accommodation.
