Hi Bertrand, First and foremost I hope you and your family are doing well and everyone is healthy. I want to thank you for everything you’ve done for one of our ICs Gayle for her clients the Fabianskis. I know Perry had reached out to you and I just recently became aware of the situation. I just want you to know that I personally think Decouvertes went above and beyond. This client has become increasingly difficult to the point of cutting off communication. Unfortunately in these times as agents we are in the unique position of having to work for our client but at the same time Sympathize what our suppliers are going through, especially DMCs like yourself.  We are all in this together. Decouvertes has always been a great partner to us and I look forward continuing that partnership in the soon to be better days ahead. After catching up on all the emails on this I also want to say Noemie has handled everything amazingly. She’s a great asset to you. I wish I had become aware of this sooner but thank you again for everything. I hope to see you again soon and wish you the best navigating forward. We will all come out on the other side ready to do what we do best.

Hi Celine. First, I have been meaning to write you and tell that the Black/Sandquists had a wonderful time in Paris/Normandy over the holidays. Ms. Sandquist also said they were happy that they had to rent the car (instead of taking the train) so they had time to stop in Rouen on the way back.

Decouvertes, helps again! I have a high-touch needing family/friends trip for summer 2020 to Paris and Inelsi at Decouvertes has once again helped me look amazing in my clients eye.
