Bertrand Collignon, President, and CEO

After 10 years as Human Resources Consultant in an International Company, Bertrand joined Découvertes in 1999. He now owns and takes care of the whole company.

David Collignon, CMO

David grew up in Aix-en-Provence and used to intern at Decouvertes during his teenage years, or to cover up for 24/7 assistance when needed. Graduated from King’s College London and Sorbonne University in law, and HEC Paris in Entrepreneurship, David went on to work as a Project Manager for Seedstars, launching companies in Nigeria and Ivory Coast. David has joined Decouvertes in 2019 as Chief Marketing Officer.

Inelsi Joga Almanzar - Client Relations and Operations Manager

Inelsi was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She is in her early 30s, speaks Spanish, excellent English, and has a degree in Public Relations from the Utah State University (U.S.A) and also has a Master Grandes Ecoles in Digital Management in Montpellier - France.

With five years of experience in the retail industry, she successfully contributed to revenue growth by transforming the customer service experience, mentoring our teammates in the application of new technologies and sales strategies, as well as negotiating and winning over large corporate accounts. She joined Decouvertes in September 2019 as an Operation and Sales Support with a first objective to learn French and practice. She is now an important asset for the company.

Marine Manlhiot, Senior Travel Advisor.

Marine is French-born and raised. She is in her early 30s, now married and the mother of Leo born in 2019. She studied English and Spanish languages and joined Decouvertes In 2014 as an intern. She is now a Senior Travel Advisor. Marine is a very vibrant, smart and happy person and pushes inputs and is committed to make sure the company, clients, and colleagues get the best.

Gisela Granado Valls, Travel Advisor.

Gisela was born and raised in Catalonia. She speaks Catalonian, Spanish, English, and French. She is now married to a French gentleman and is the mother of the lovely Juliette born during the confinement period.

Gisela joined Decouvertes in 2018 as an Operation and Sales Support. She quickly became an advisor. She is also a flamboyant person, dynamic, joyful, and solution-oriented person. She wants the best for herself and her clients.

Noémie Cruvelier, Travel Advisor

Noémie is also in her 30s; born and raised in Provence. After her studies, she decided to travel the world; she used to be a concierge for years aboard American cruise liners, serving mainly an American clientele but also has a long-lasting experience as a concierge in various 5-star hotels in Mexico.

Noémie speaks excellent English and Spanish. She is really committed to making her clients happy and making them all handle the right-hand-made itinerary.

Marie Marrazzani, Operations and Sales Support

Marie was born and raised in both a small Corsican village and Aix en Provence. Her father is Navigant at Air France and her mother is a Nurse. Both raised Marie with a high vision and understanding of what people and customer care are.

After a Master II in Customer Care and Marketing, she joined Decouvertes in late spring 2019 as an Operation & sales Support. She is our Corsican asset as she deeply knows and loves her native island.

Cynthia Mazure, Senior Group Travel Advisor

After graduating with a degree in tourism in France, Cynthia spent five years in the United States where she obtained an Associates degree in Travel and Tourism. She joined Decouverts' Group department in 2013. Having spent a lot of time with Americans, Cynthia is determined to share all of the treasures of her native country. Being by nature enthusiastic and friendly she is always ready to help.

Cynthia is in charge of designing Group experiences, and is supported by Silvia Fernandez and Fanny Carrizo.

Isabelle Arrivat, Accounting Manager

Isabelle was born and raised in Spain, more specifically, she claims to be Catalan. Therefore, she speaks Catalan, Spanish, French, and also excellent English.

Beyond her ability in accounting, Isabelle is willing to help anytime if you have a request or question concerning accounting.

Decouvertes is also a team of Operation Agents. All versed in detail management, these team members are in charge of making all the reservations and the final organization perfect.

If you would design the profile of the perfect team players, committed to perfection, control, detail management, aiming to make your stay perfect, you will design Manaelle, Johanna, Marissa, Silvia, and Fanny's profiles.

Obed, 24/7 Assistance and Quality Control,

Obed was born and raised in Mexico and after a long career in Hotel management, got married to a French lady. When getting a second baby they decided to raise the kids in France and landed in Arles - Provence, where the French family is settled.

Obed who joined Decouvertes in 2018, is the person in charge of the 24/7 service. As he likes to make everything perfect while you sleep at night, he is versed in controlling every piece of booking. To this extent he contributes to making our Operations as perfect as possible.

Our Ivorian Team

Since early 2018, Decouvertes is also a team of several people born, raised, and located in Ivory Coast that contributes to our marketing efforts.

Afamefuna Onyimadu, Content Marketing Officer

Afam as he is fondly called was born and raised in Nigeria, graduated in Marketing. He is in charge of our content marketing and oversees putting together and organizing the webinars with Bertrand and the newsletters with David.

Jean Gabin, Client Relations and Operations Officer

He who was born and raised in Ivory Coast is in charge of feeding our platforms and assisting the Advisors team on a daily basis.

Patrick Etche, Social Media Officer & Check Moundi CRM and Data officer both born and raised in Ivory Coast are dedicated to managing our CRM and also to all the social networks.
