" Thank you so much for making his trip perfect!I am catching up at the office and wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what a fabulous trip we had and what a great seamless job you did setting up our travel and tours.
The car service to and from the Paris airport was also very professional, courteous and on time. The driver's English was very good and the cars were immaculate.
The hotel staff made us very comfortable and the concierge gave us a free museum pass as the Louvre .
The tour of Paris was the best thing to do right away as we learned where we were and where to revisit. The guide's name was Oliver. Please communicate back to the tour company that he was extremely good and accommodating at his job. He was personable, funny and took us right to the head of the line at each place we went.
The trip to Normandy was the same experience - great. The train station was easy to navigate and the train car / seat was very nice - comfortable. Our guide was as good if not better than Oliver. Her name was Dawn. Again - please let the tour company know that she was very very good. The sites were beautiful and humbling. My father is a WW2 vet and I served in the Navy, so the cemetery held a special meaning for me.
It was an experience we will never forget.
The cooking tour / class was fun. The chef did not speak English but his assistant did. Our trip through the market was in places we would never have gone by ourselves - so a great experience. We cooked a full French meal - and then all of us sat down to eat it (including his office manager - who was a charming women who also spoke English).
