Like the name suggests, spices are everywhere! In 2003 Arnaud was awarded by the Nova Fooding guide. Alone in his tiny kitchen, he responds to the changing lifestyle of food lovers, works on all registers and offers creations that are at once traditional and innovative: crusty oysters on creamed jerusalem artichokes; Saint-Jacques julienne; cod with shredded vegetables; orange-chocolate mousse etc. This cuisine is dense, incisive, and prices are very reasonable too.
