Its facades and roofs are registered as historic monuments since 24 February 1944. Only its eastern facade was rebuilt in the XVIII. With its large arch, the whole is unique and strongly characterizes the architecture of the town of Sarlat in the same way as the baroque spire of the cathedral. This house is now devoted to the magic of the local cuisine where the chef Patrick Lavergne rich in experience makes you rediscover the pleasures of the soil. In Sarlat, the restaurant Le Presidial remains the inevitable meeting point of those who seek the pleasures of the table in a prestigious location.

"God watches over your entrance and exit" can be read when entering this historic building. Welcome to Hotel de Cidrac, a 15th century mansion just converted into a restaurant. At le Petit Manoir you will notice the smiling Chang, native of Vietnam, which has added Asian accents to the menu: crispy duck with lemon grass and coriander, nuoc-man sauce etc... The decor (a beautiful little garden is also to be found) reflects the passage of time: parquet flooring, fireplace, photos of ancestors, gray walls, vases, black chandeliers.
