Thirsty for great air? Take the Wild Coast Trail, with its small coves and cascades of rocks. The wild coast starts from the pier of the Croisic to Pouliguen, passing by Batz-sur-Mer. The 14km of the wild coast is a nice bike ride. On the way you can go down stairs into creeks and caves. It is also possible to dive there, paying attention to waves and currents.

On the way, admire the Fort of the Ocean, a mini granite castle, with drawbridge and ramparts

The marina of Pouliguen - pronounced "Pouligain" - is a marina with the airs typically Breton. Its wharf, its small cafes, its shops and its rides give it a family atmosphere.

For a picturesque walk, go to the Pointe de Penchâteau, the beginning of the Côte Sauvage, to take the cycle path to Batz-sur-Mer. Below, you will see about twenty caves, with more or less easy access, dug by the sea. According to a Breton legend, the korrigans, creatures of Celtic folklore, lodged in these caves
