In a nutshell, as the saying goes, my clients loved the trip. To be brief, the first guide in Carcassone was very good-they liked him, but not as great as the guide in Provence. They thought she was very very knowledgeable and so enjoyed her. In the south of France, they really liked the driver/guide.

Lydie was always very responsive (though we of course had to wait the 24 hrs to get answers due to the time difference between the US and France) and always thorough in her answers to the clients requests/questions. I would use your company again.
