Welcome to BAIETA (kiss in Nice patois). Like its young chef, Julia SEDEFDJIAN, BAIETA is a restaurant that combines friendliness and warmth but above all, smells of the Mediterranean.
 
Born from the intimate desire to create a place that resembles her and that bears the colours of the Côte d'Azur region, it is accompanied by her 2 acolytes, Sébastien JEAN-JOSEPH and Grégory ANELKA, that she finally fulfils her dream of being a little girl.
 
Here, the bouillabaisse is on familiar terms with Aïoli, and the jealous dandelion grower has just taken her out of the coal furnace.
