The history of the Estoublon estate is closely linked to that of the Les Baux de Provence Valley in the Alpilles, and it is certainly one of the area's most remarkable sites. The setting of the legendary series "Les Gens de Mogador", located near Fontvieille (Bouches-du-Rhône), the Château d'Estoublon has become famous today for its exceptional AOP Les Baux-de-Provence olive oil and its tannic wine, both produced on this estate where passion rhymes with perfection.

True to its choice of excellence, our estate produces prestigious vintages each year. These renowned wines are classified AOP Les Baux-de-Provence and IGP (Protected Geographical Indication), and they express all the expertise of our cellar master Rémy Reboul.

In the Baux Valley at the heart of Provence, Château d’Estoublon enthusiastically carries on the tradition of exceptional olive oil and sun-drenched wine. From the cultivation of fruit – olives and grapes – to the sales of bottles and gift sets, each step of the process is carried out by Estoublon. Grapes and olives are grown and processed on the estate using organic agricultural techniques and manufacturing processes that exclusively involve manual and mechanical techniques, never any chemical products.
