One of the most dependable of all Parisian brasserie, with superbly fresh seafood and everything you could wish for in an excellent meal. In 2014, the tittle Maître Restaurateur was given to Mollard.

Founded in 1895 by Mr and Mrs Mollard, this brasserie located opposite Saint-Lazare train station in the 8th district has a superb classic décor that is listed, with large frescos in shades of sea green, royal blue and gold, beige and brown marble columns and ancient mosaics. First and foremost, it is one of the most dependable of all Parisian brasserie, with superbly fresh seafood and everything you could wish for in an excellent meal. In 2014, the tittle Maître Restaurateur was given to Mollard.


The Brasserie Mollard is one of the oldest brasseries in Paris . Its decor is the work of Edward John Niermans , architect of the Negresco Hotel in Nice , the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo and the Moulin Rouge.
In 2011, the interior designer Philippe André was consulted to provide a façade modification project, which was completed in 2013.

The chef serves traditional French cuisine but specialises on fish and seafood.
