With passion and talent, our chef and his team are pleased to regularly update their menu to keep pace with the seasons. Whether it is cod fillet with walnut crust, veal sweetbreads pan-fried in lobster juice or Strasbourg sauerkraut, each and every dish takes its inspiration from a subtle, authentic cuisine.
A true symbol of Nancy, the Excelsior is also the embodiment of a traditional French-style brasserie where the quality and freshness of products can be gauged in every bite. The Grüber stained-glass windows, Majorelle furniture and Daum light beaks make the Excelsior a veritable jewel of Nancy Art Nouveau.
