Inside the apartment, the refined decoration, of brick and leather, pays tribute to the industrial world, with a particular charm that only guards what’s essential. The burnished brown of the leather armchairs melt into the orange-red of the bricks, situated at the bar of the open-plan kitchen and the supporting pillars. The large library, built into the living room further adds to a dignified ambiance of an English smoking room, where smoke rings from cigars disperse into gentlemen’s moustaches. From this dandy den, the clear view of the Eiffel Tower sparkles in the first of the evening shadows.

Between the first and second levels, on the lower floor, one can access the double bedrooms, each of which with their own bathroom.
